  • How do we enquire or book?

  • What types of group experiences do you offer?

    We offer Hens & Pamper Packages, Corporate Wellness Packages, and Bespoke Private Experiences. Each can be customised with treatments such as Infrared Sauna, Cold Contrast Therapy, Floatation, Massage, LED Therapy, and more.

  • How many people can be included in a group booking?

    Our experiences are flexible and can be tailored for small, intimate groups of 2–4 guests, right through to larger groups of up to 8-10 guests. For bigger events, we recommend contacting us directly to design a custom package.

  • Can the packages be customised?

    Yes, every group is different, so we can design experiences that suit your needs, whether it’s a relaxing pamper afternoon, a team wellness retreat, or a private celebration.

  • Do you provide food or drinks?

    We can provide light refreshments and beverages upon request at an additional cost. If you’d like catering (such as grazing platters), this can be arranged for an additional fee.

  • What should we bring?

    Just bring yourself and comfortable clothing. Towels, robes, and all necessary amenities are provided to make your experience stress-free.

  • Can we book outside regular business hours?

    For private and corporate bookings, we can sometimes accommodate experiences outside our standard hours. Please contact us to discuss availability.

  • How far in advance should we book?

    We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and larger groups, to ensure your preferred date and time.
