Why use an infrared sauna?
Infrared saunas promote relaxation, detoxification, muscle recovery, and better sleep. The deep-penetrating heat eases pain and tension, boosts circulation, improves skin clarity, and supports mental wellness.
What’s the difference between infrared and steam saunas?
Infrared saunas heat your body directly (not the air), offering the same benefits at lower, more comfortable temperatures. They penetrate deeper into tissues, making them ideal for pain relief and recovery without the intensity of steam heat.
What’s the best temperature?
We recommend 48–53°C for the ideal balance of comfort and benefit. You can adjust the heat as you get used to the sessions.
Can I eat or drink before a session?
Stay well-hydrated and have a light snack at least 60 minutes before. Avoid large meals or alcohol before your session.
What order should I book services in?
If combining sauna and float, sauna should come first to open your pores for better magnesium absorption. For massage or LED, the order is flexible depending on your needs.
Do I need to bring anything?
All amenities are provided. Bring a book, podcast, or your favourite music (Bluetooth available) to enhance your experience.
Can I sauna while pregnant?
No - we advise against sauna use during pregnancy due to the risks associated with elevated core temperatures.
