Friendship Week FAQs
Do both friends get 30% off?
The offer applies to two guests booking together: one treatment is charged at full price, and the second guest receives 30% off. The discount is applied to the lower-priced eligible treatment on the day.
Which treatments are included?
Any full-priced individual treatment from float therapy, massage, sauna, skin treatments and more. Packages, day packages, Curated Rituals, memberships and gift-card redemptions aren't included.
Do we need the same appointment time?
Not identical, just book together for the same day at a similar time. Depending on availability, your treatments may be staggered across the visit.
Can I use this offer more than once?
The 30% is once per person for the whole week. Once you've received it, you're welcome back anytime as the full-paying guest, bringing someone who hasn't had it yet.
How do I redeem the discount?
Book both appointments as normal and let our team know you're a Friendship Week pair at check-in. The 30% is applied in store at checkout, it won't show at the time of online booking.
