How do I book?
You can book in three ways:

What do I wear for the Float Pool?
Most guests float nude. Swimwear is fine. Private room with its own shower
Is the Float Pool an enclosed tank?
No — it's an open pool in a private room. Warm Epsom salt water. No lid.
How early should I arrive?
10 minutes before. First visit: 15 minutes early to complete a client form.
How early should I arrive to my appointment?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, especially for your first visit.
This gives you time to complete any intake paperwork, get settled, and fully prepare for your experience. Arriving late may reduce your treatment time.
What if I am running late?
Treatment time may be shortened. Greater than 5 minutes late may not be able to proceed.

Are the treatments pregnancy safe?
Yes — facials, massage, and float are all available.
Are there age restrictions?
16+ for float pool. Under 16 with parent or guardian.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will incur a 100% fee.
Guests are welcome to send someone in their place if they can no longer attend.
