How do I book?
You can book in three ways:

3. In person at either of our locations. Remember to mention La Marzocco at the time of booking so your staff perk is applied.
How do I access my Urban Sanctuary wellness perk as a La Marzocco Employee
When booking your appointment at Urban Sanctuary, simply use the allocated employee code at checkout, over the phone when booking, or in-house, and our team will take care of the rest.
Do I need to register before my first visit?
All guests are required to complete a waiver before their first visit. Once you book a service at Urban Sanctuary, you’ll receive the forms to fill out prior to your session.
Do I need to bring my employee ID
We recommend having your employee ID or a company email address available in case our team needs to verify your employment, particularly on your first visit. After that, your profile will be noted in our system for future bookings.
Can I bring a partner, friend or family member?
The wellness perk is exclusively for La Marzocco staff members. Guests or family members are warmly welcome to visit Urban Sanctuary and book at our standard rates, however the staff perk applies to employees only.
If you'd like to gift a session to someone, our team can assist with gift vouchers.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other guests.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

How early should I arrive to my appointment?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, especially for your first visit.
This gives you time to complete any intake paperwork, get settled, and fully prepare for your experience. Arriving late may reduce your treatment time.
