About the Role

Urban Sanctuary is seeking a qualified and passionate Remedial Massage Therapist who enjoys delivering treatments as well as being part of a broader wellness experience.

This is ideal for a therapist who values variety, guest connection, and working within a calm, beautifully designed environment.

Shifts are available weekdays and weekends, in our Ivanhoe location.

What You’ll Be Doing

Massage Therapy

• Deliver high-quality Remedial Massage (essential)
• Deliver Lymphatic Drainage Massage (desirable but not essential)
• Conduct professional consultations tailored to guest needs
• Maintain exceptional treatment standards, flow and client care
• Support repeat bookings and long-term client relationships

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist
• Additional modalities (Deep Tissue / Pregnancy (highly regarded)
• Deliver Lymphatic Drainage Massage (desirable but not essential)
• Friendly, calm and confident with guests
• Professional, reliable and team-oriented
• Comfortable working both in treatment rooms and wellness spaces
• Available for casual morning, afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends
